2007-2008 Annual EEO Public File Report
The purpose of this EEO Public File Report is to comply with Sections 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC’s EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is compromised of the following station: WQRM(FM), Smethport, PA and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these stations, and posted on their websites.
The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning March 21, 2007 to and including March 23, 2008.
The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information:
WQRM-FM currently has fewer than five (5) fulltime employees and therefore is not required to file this report.
1. A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station comprising the Station Employment Unit during the Applicable Period;
2. For each such vacancy, the recruitment source utilized to fill the vacancy, identified by name, address, contact person, and telephone number;
3. The recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period;
4. Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancies during the Applicable Period and the total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source utilized in connection with such vacancies; and
5. A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken pursuant to Section 73.208 (c) (2) of the FCC rules.
Although not required to fill out this report, WQRM staff members have constantly been apprised of the EEO Laws and follow all non-discrimination rules.

2006-2007 Annual EEO Public File Report

The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information:
Last year, a joint report was filed for commonly owned stations, WQRM-FM and WFRM AM/FM, Coudersport, PA, which are located in communities 20 miles apart, and which had begun to share a fulltime employee, so they became a single reporting unit comprised of fewer than five (5) full-time employees. However, that arrangement ended, so the stations will henceforth report separately.
WQRM-FM currently has fewer than five (5) fulltime employees and therefore is not required to file this report.

is a single entity radio station with a full time staff comprise of the
sales/station manager and the production/broadcaster, there fore, WQRM is not
